Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced if lost and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher and on the days of the week stated on the voucher and cannot be redeemed against special events, including Mother’s Day.
• Should you wish to use the voucher outside the day of the week stated on the voucher, a supplement may be applicable should the cost be higher than the value of the voucher.
• No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary and are subject to availability. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null and void.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be extended.
• Bottomless drinks are available for 90 minutes from the time of seating. Guests must be aged 18 years or over and proof of age may be required.
• Vegan and gluten-free options are available upon request and must be pre-booked.
